Look at your landscaping: Many prospective buyers will do a drive-by before they add your home to the list of properties they want to tour with their realtor. So yes, you want to be sure your grass is well-kept, but you can take your yard to the next level with some colorful new flowers and a fresh layer of mulch in the beds.
